The official website where information about the preparation of regulations and the results of their discussion are posted (regulation.gov.ru) published a draft order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment “On the requirements for handling homogeneous waste of the I-V class danger groups.” Annex 4 to the Order sets out requirements for handling the following group of homogeneous waste: “tyre and tyre tube waste.”
 
The requirements to be set by order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will be mandatory for all companies involved in the collection, treatment, recycling and other forms of processing of tyre waste.

Public discussions will end on April 29, 2016.
