The regular general meeting of the TMA members was held on March 17, 2016. Member companies approved the annual report on the activities of the Association for 2015 and the financial statements for the past year.

The General Meeting of the members approved the new TMA Charter in order to bring it into compliance with the amended Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Moreover, members of the Association approved the new annual membership fee at 1,300,000 rubles, and, according to the results of last tender, appointed JSC KPMG as the auditor of the TMA financial statements for 2015.
