The text of the EAEC Technical Regulation “On Safety of Chemical Products” (EAEC TR 041/2017) has been published on the website of the Eurasian Economic Commission. The document was adopted by the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission on March 3, 2017.

The Technical Regulation provides for the state registration of all chemicals and mixtures that are put into circulation on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

The document should enter into force on June 2, 2021, provided that by December 1, 2018 the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the register of chemicals and mixtures of the EAEC and the notification procedure for new chemicals will be approved.
