The Executive Director of the Tyre Manufactures Association, Nadezhda Churmeeva will deliver a presentation at the 2nd International “Tyre Business in Russia: trends, forecasts, prices” Conference. The presentation will be devoted to the key challenges of implementing the responsibility for the recycling of end-of-life tyres (ELT). The new responsibility of producers and importers of tyres was introduced by Federal Law 89-FZ of 24.06.1998 “On Production and Consumption Waste” (amended by Laws 458-FZ of 29.12.2014 and 404-FZ of 29.12.2015).
