The Executive Director of the Tyre Manufactures Association, Nadezhda Churmeeva will deliver a presentation at the 11^th International “Rubbers and Tires 2016” Conference. The presentation will be devoted to the key challenges of implementing the responsibility for the recycling of end-of-life tyres (ELT). The new responsibility of producers and importers of tyres was introduced by Federal Law “On Production and Consumption Waste” (amended by Laws 458-FZ of 29.12.2014 and 404-FZ of 29.12.2015).

“Rubbers and Tires 2016” Conference will be held at Hotel Baltschug Kempinksi Moscow on October 4, 2016.
