On the official website for posting information on preparing regulatory legal acts and the results of their discussion (regulation.gov.ru), the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia issued the draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Amendments to Decree No. 1342 of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2015 (On Approving the Rules of submission by manufacturers and importers of goods that are subject to recycling after their loss of consumer properties of reports on compliance with waste recycling targets from the use of such goods).

The changes developed by the Ministry concern the implementation of the extended responsibility of producers and importers of various goods, including tyres, to ensure waste disposal from their use, which was introduced in Russia on January 1, 2015.

Public discussions will end on September 19, 2017.
