A meeting of members of the Tyre Manufacturers Association with the Deputy Director General for Technical Regulation of the Russian Federation State Research Center, FSUE Central Research and Development Automobile and Engine Institute (NAMI), Boris Kisulenko, took place on March 24, 2016.

During the meeting, Boris Kisulenko answered participants’ questions concerning the changes in the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “On Safety of Wheeled Vehicles”, fulfilment of the requirements on the number of studs and stud weight, as well as the development of methodology for assessing road surface wear by studded tyres.
